Aromatherapy massage incorporates various massage techniques, such as Swedish massage, to promote relaxation and muscle tension relief focus on specific acupressure points to enhance the effects of the essential oils. (I will use brand Plant Therapy Essential oils that Plant Therapy is known for its high standards in producing pure, organic essential oils without any synthetic additives.)
