Notice

​Gift vouchers or gift certificates for Remedial massage  services cannot be claimed through private health funds.

This is because:

​

  • The person who paid for the gift is not the person receiving the treatment

  • The person redeeming the gift has not paid for the treatment themselves
     

In these situations, I can email you a receipt noting that the session was redeemed using a gift voucher. However, acceptance of the claim is entirely at the discretion of your health fund.

Once we receive your submission, your e-voucher will be prepared in PDF format and emailed to you along with an invoice for payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Notes for Clients

  • Vouchers can be redeemed for any treatment of equal or lesser value.

  • If your chosen treatment exceeds the voucher amount, simply pay the difference.

  • Please note: Health fund rebates cannot be claimed on gift vouchers.

  • Digital vouchers are emailed separately from invoices.

  • Physical gift vouchers are available for purchase at the clinic.

    • To order, complete the request form.

    • Pay and collect your voucher in person at the clinic.
