Once we receive your submission, your e-voucher will be prepared in PDF format and emailed to you along with an invoice for payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Notes for Clients

  • Vouchers can be redeemed for any treatment of equal or lesser value.

  • If your chosen treatment exceeds the voucher amount, simply pay the difference.

  • Please note: Health fund rebates cannot be claimed on gift vouchers.

  • Digital vouchers are emailed separately from invoices.

  • Physical gift vouchers are available for purchase at the clinic.

    • To order, complete the request form.

    • Pay and collect your voucher in person at the clinic.
